Well, here we are. I’ve finally gotten around to creating a new space where I can share my favourite tips, tricks and experience as a vegan baker with you. When I first began baking, a lot of blogs were full of beautiful recipes, which I loved, but few seemed to be sharing the tips and tricks I really could have done with hearing. Things like how to stop a cake from sticking to a tin, where in Dublin I could find vegan sprinkles, and why it’s important to stop opening the oven door so much while bakes are inside.
